An Artist, Curator & Founder of INDIAN FOLK ART CORRIDOR & Vidisha’s Creations
At Vidisha’s Creations, we are passionate about showcasing the vast diversity of Indian folk and tribal art. Our gallery is more than just a space to display art; it is a vibrant cultural movement. We highlight multiple art forms from each state and preserve traditional methods like the Guru-Shishya Parampara, ensuring the legacy of Indian art continues to thrive.
Our journey began with the inaugural “PANKHURI Exhibition” at the Indian Consulate Auditorium in Dubai, followed by the “SWADESH, EKATRA and SHAKTI” events that showcased over 80 different art forms. We have consistently strived to bring lesser-known art forms into the limelight through workshops and exhibitions, including the 11-day workshop series at the DIFC Business Hub in Dubai, which introduced over 600 participants to various Indian art forms.
At Vidisha’s Creations and Indian Folk Art Corridor, we’ve proudly organized over 50 exhibitions and workshops, spanning Dubai, India, and London. Our efforts focus on raising awareness and providing a platform for Indian folk and tribal art, bringing these rich and vibrant traditions to a global audience. Through our work, we strive to preserve and promote the beauty and history of these long-lost art forms, ensuring they receive the recognition they deserve.
